Documents

The initial page in the photo gallery shows all documents in the website, and shows which page(s) the documents are listed on.  Each document can have a document file attached and content directly within the page.  Documents with files are shown with an "Open Document" link.  Documents with content are shown with a "more" link.

 

Adding a New Document

To add a new document, click on the "Add New Document" link, fill in the form and click "Save".

 

 

Deleting a Document

You can delete a document by clicking on the appropriate "Delete Document" link.

Document Security

Security on documents is controlled in two ways:

1. Security of the document listing, and document content (but not the file) is controlled by the page the document is listed on
2. Security of document files is controlled by the security folder the file is uploaded into

Ensure that document files are placed into an appropriate security folder for the page on which the document is listed.
